We currently deliver orders through courier service.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare it for delivery and contact you if any additional information is needed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and order volume.
Delivery
The courier will deliver the order to the address provided by the customer. Please make sure that your phone number and delivery address are correct and reachable.
The customer must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time. If the courier is unable to reach the customer or deliver the order due to incorrect information, missed calls, or customer unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are allowed to inspect and try on the item only while the courier is still present.
Please check the item carefully before accepting the order. If there is any issue, wrong item, size problem, damage, or manufacturing defect, the customer must inform the courier immediately and contact us through our Instagram page.
Once the courier leaves, the order is considered received and accepted by the customer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be confirmed before or during checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the courier has completed the delivery, unless the issue is caused by a confirmed mistake from our side.
Failed Delivery
If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, the customer may be responsible for the delivery fee.
A new delivery attempt may require an additional shipping fee.
Exchanges Shipping
If an exchange is approved due to a confirmed defect, damage, wrong item, or manufacturing issue within 14 days of receiving the order, we will provide the customer with the exchange instructions.
The customer must contact us first through our Instagram page before sending or returning any item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will do our best to help you track and receive your order as soon as possible.
